• Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. However, we will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

• Due to their customization and unique value, personalized products are not returnable. However, we may offer store credit or discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure all customization details are accurate before placing your order.
